Smears show unremarkable squamous cells, satisfactory for evaluation with present endocervical / transformation zone components. There is no associated inflammatory changes. No evidence of fungal, viral or trichomonal infection. No evidence of atypical or malignant cells.
Cervical erosion with abnormal vaginal bleeding.
