<p class="ql-align-justify">Smears show unremarkable squamous cells, satisfactory for evaluation with present endocervical / transformation zone components. There is no associated inflammatory changes. No evidence of fungal, viral or trichomonal infection. No evidence of atypical or malignant cells.</p>
<p>Cervical erosion with abnormal vaginal bleeding.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two smears were received labeled as ectocervix and endocervix, both were pap stained.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Pap smear, conventional cytology:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Satisfactory for evaluation.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy (NILM).</strong></li><li><strong>Organisms: None. </strong></li><li><strong>No inflammation. </strong></li></ul>
