<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 3.5x3x0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Endometrial Biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Mild adenomatous (complex) endometrial hyperplasia. </strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Negative for atypia. </strong></li></ul>
