<p class="ql-align-justify">1- Myometrial tumor is a benign leiomyoma formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. No evidence of malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">2- Para-ovarian cystic lesion with a thin fibrotic wall, it is lined a single layer of ciliated epithelium. Picture is consistent with (hydatid cyst of Morgagni). No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p>Fibroid uterus and ovarian cyst.</p>
<p>Two specimens were received:</p><p class="ql-align-justify">1- Myomectomy: well circumscribed rubbery whitish mass received into 4 soft tissue pieces measuring collectively 11x9.5x7 cm.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">2- Ovarian cystectomy: received opened cyst wall measured 2.5x2x0.7 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>1- Uterus, Myomectomy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong> Leiomyoma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul><p><strong><em><u>2- Para-ovarian cystectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Inclusion cyst of Morgagni. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
