Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fallopian tube shows fragments of degenerated decidua with immature edematous chorionic villi and associated severe interstitial hemorrhage and dense inflammatory cells infiltrate extending to submitted adipose tissue with areas of fat necrosis and fibrosis. No evidence of fetal tissues. No evidence of tumors. Associated Hydatid cyst of Morgagni is noted.</p>
<p>Rt. adnexal ectopic pregnancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Specimen consisted of a fallopian tube that measured 4 x 1 cm. A separate piece of bloody soft tissue measuring 3 x 1.5 cm was also received. A separate fragment of fatty tissue was included, measuring 12 x 8 x 0.7 cm.</p>
