<p class="ql-align-justify">A cystic lesion with fibrotic wall and lining by hyperkeratotic stratified squamous epithelium. Lumen of cyst is full of thick amorphous fused compact keratin flakes with focal dystrophic calcification. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Small mass in Rt. upper abdomen.</p>
<p>Cystic nodule with firm whitish cut section, measure 1x0.8x0.6 cm, totally submitted.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Abdominal cyst, excision: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Pilar cyst.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
