An invasive undifferentiated malignant tumor formed of sheets of large rounded malignant cells exhibiting marked anaplasia and active mitosis. These sheets are separated by activated small lymphocytes. Undifferentiated carcinoma is the main possibility for such tumor. However, marker study (CD20, CD3 & CK) is needed to confirm the diagnosis and exclude the less like possibility of large cell lymphoma.
