<p class="ql-align-justify">Extensively ulcerated gastric mucosal fragments with related malignant tumor composed of diffuse sheets of large cells with focally vacuolated cytoplasm. Anaplasia and mitosis are moderate. Possibilities include (signet ring cell carcinoma and large cell lymphoma). For definitive establishment of the exact nature of these cells, marker study (CK, LCA and CD20) is needed. Rest of fragments show H pylori chronic active gastritis.</p>
<p>Gastric outlet obstruction</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Stomach, endoscopic biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Undifferentiated large round cell infiltrate. </strong></li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Recommended for typing by marker study.</strong></li></ul>
