<p class="ql-align-justify">Submitted material shows dimorphic population of focally avascular edematous large and small chorionic villi together with fetal membranes and degenerated decidua. The villi have irregular and scalloped borders with focal trophoblastic proliferation. No evidence of fetal tissues. No evidence of trophoblastic atypia. No evidence of malignancy. Follow up till normalization of Beta HCG is recommended.</p>
<p>Vaginal bleeding, suspected vesicular mole.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 4.5x3.8x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Uterine contents, D & C:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hydatidiform mole, partial type. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
