Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibrotic cyst wall lined by stratified epithelium which is partly of the columnar type and partly squamous. Wall of cyst showing focal ulceration with moderate infiltration by inflammatory cells, interstitial hemorrhage and scattered congested blood vessels. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p>Bartholin cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue piece measured 2.5x2x1.2 cm, snowing cyst measured 1.5x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Vulval cyst, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bartholin gland cyst, inflamed. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
