Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Gastric mucosa with mild glandular atrophy and mild infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. Neutrophils are seen infiltrating glands thus indicating activity. H. pylori characteristic forms are seen colonizing glands.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Diffuse edema and erythema of the stomach lining with a granular appearance.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.2 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Stomach, endoscopic biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>H. pylori-associated chronic mild atrophic gastritis with mild inflammatory activity. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for atypia and malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
