Skin and adjacent soft tissue showing chronic inflammation centered on apocrine gland. The apocrine gland is irregularly enlarged and disrupted, with dense periglandular and intraluminal infiltrates composed predominantly of lymphocytes and plasma cells, with scattered neutrophils and eosinophils. The lining epithelium demonstrates reactive alterations, including focal flattening and luminal cellular debris. The inflammatory process extends into the surrounding dermis and subcutaneous tissue, where it is accompanied by fibroblastic proliferation, stromal edema, and areas of granulation tissue, indicating a long-standing process. No evidence of epithelial atypia, abnormal mitotic activity, or features suggestive of malignancy are identified.
