Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Nodular hyperplasia of prostatic glands and the fibromuscular stroma. Glands exhibit focal cystic change with epithelial infoldings. The normal lobular pattern is preserved and cytologic features are unremarkable. Stroma shows infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Enlarged prostate showing heterogeneous enhancement, cystic changes, and a specific abnormal signal area in the right lateral lobe suspicious for prostatic neoplasm, associated with median lobe protrusion causing bladder base distortion.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Three soft tissue fragments collectively measured 8x7x3 cm, the largest measuring 4.5x3.5x3 cm, showing multiple small cysts.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Prostatic enucleation:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Nodular adenofibromyomatous hyperplasia with chronic non-specific prostatitis.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
