Nodular hyperplasia of prostatic glands and the fibromuscular stroma. Glands exhibit focal cystic change with epithelial infoldings. The normal lobular pattern is preserved and cytologic features are unremarkable. Stroma shows infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of malignancy.
