Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">An invasive carcinoma formed of irregular groups of large malignant cells exhibiting focal ductal differentiation. Anaplasia and mitosis are moderate and stromal fibrosis is mild to moderate. Lymphovascular invasion is noted. No DCIS us observed.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Immunostaining was done with appropriate positive and negative controls and revealed:</p><p class="ql-align-justify">ER: positive strong immunostaining in 50% of tumor cells, Allred score 7/8.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">PR: positive strong immunostaining in 60% of tumor cells, Allred score 7/8.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">HER2: negative score 0</p><p class="ql-align-justify">Ki-67 proliferation index about 30%.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Rt. breast mass BIRADS IV with associated pathological axillary lymphadenopathy.</p>
<p>One referred paraffin block.</p>
