<p>Both sides show Seminiferous tubules show average number of spermatogenic cells with moderate thickening of their basement membranes and partial arrest of maturation at the spermatid level. Mature sperms seen in many of the tubules are about 1-3/tubule. Interstitial cells are intact. No evidence of inflammation.</p>
<p>Azospermia.</p>
<p>Two biopsies were submitted:</p><p class="ql-align-justify">1- Rt. : one soft tissue fragment measured 0.4 cm, totally embedded.</p><p class="ql-align-justify">2- Lt. : one soft tissue fragment measured 0.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Bilateral Testicular, Biopsies:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Near complete late maturation arrest.</strong></li></ul><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
