Fragments of a benign fibro-osseous and osteocartilaginous lesion, consistent with an exostosis (osteochondroma). The biopsy shows trabeculae of mature cancellous bone enclosing a fibrovascular and fatty marrow stroma, covered in areas by a cap of hyaline cartilage exhibiting varying thickness and orderly chondrocyte maturation. No evidence of specific granulomas, significant cytologic atypia, or malignancy is identified.
