<p class="ql-align-justify">Multiple sections show cellular meningeal tumor formed of plump spindle meningeal cells with indistinct cellular borders and focally arranged in whorly patterns with many small onion-bulb structures and some psammoma bodies. No evidence of malignancy. This is a WHO grade I meningioma. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">History of headache and convulsion for the last few months underwent surgical resection of a major, well-defined, greyish, and firm-to-hard mass measuring approximately 5 cm located at the convex of meninges, with a provisional clinical diagnosis of meningioma.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 8x7x2 cm, the largest measuring 3.5x3x2 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Brain tumor, excision biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Transitional meningioma, WHO grade I. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
