Cecal mass.
Rt. hemicolectomy specimen 24 cm long including 6 cm of small intestine. It shows a cecal ulcerative, annular and infiltrative tumor 3.5x3x2.5 cm. Tumor reaches to the muscule layer but does not infiltrate pericolonic fat grossly. Tumor is 6.5 cm and 14.5 cm from ileal and colonic margins respectively. Multiple regional lymph nodes were dissected, largest measured 1.7x1.3 cm. Attached omentum 13x6 cm, grossly free of tumors. Appendix was not identified (History of previous removal).
