<p class="ql-align-justify">A polypoid lesion covered by focally acanthotic non-keratinizing stratified squamous epithelium. Core is fibrotic and vascular and shows fibrinoid degeneration. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Mass on the left vocal cord (clinically identified as a polyp) during direct laryngoscopy.</p>
<p>Soft tissue fragment measured 0.5x0.3x0.3 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><u>Larynx, Lt. Vocal Fold Polyp, Endoscopic biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Angiofibrotic polyp. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
