Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Breast tissue with diffuse secretory change. Lobular pattern is preserved and cytological features are unremarkable. Sections from the cyst, devoid of lining with realted marked accumulation of foamy histiocytes, neutrophils, plasma cells and some lymphocytes. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Rt. breast mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibrofatty tissue measured 7.5x4.5x4 cm. Serial sectioning revealed cyst measured 5x4x3.5 cm filled with greyish material.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt. breast cystic mass, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Secretory changes with associated inflamed galactocele.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
