Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Breast tissue shows preserved normal lobular pattern with stromal fibrosis and adenosis. Breast ducts show mild to moderate periductal infiltration by lymphocytes, plasma cells, macrophages and neutrophils. Cytologic features are unremarkable. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p>Rt breast mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fibtofatty tissue fragments collectively measured 3x2.5x1.5 cm, with the largest measuring 2.3x1.8x1.5 cm, showing rubbery whitish mass measured 1.7x1.3 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt. breast mass, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fibroadenosis with periductal mastitis.</strong></li><li><strong> Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
