Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections of cyst wall showing focal lining by skin with hair follicles, sebaceous glands and sweat glands together with underlying rich adipose tissue. Other sections show ulceration of lining with related dense inflammatory infiltration including foreign body giant cells. No evidence of immature elements. Wall of cyst showing cystic follicles and luteal cyst. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p>Rt. ovarian cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Received intact ovarian cyst measured 5x4.5x4 cm, having smooth outer surface, and filled with yellowish gelatinous material with hair.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt. Ovarian cystectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mature (benign) cystic teratoma, inflamed. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
