Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Invasive urothelial tumor formed of papillae, sheets and irregular groups of malignant transitional epithelial cells of mild degree of anaplasia and mitosis. These tumor groups are seen invading the underlying lamina propria. No muscularis propria included to further assess degree of tumor infiltration.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Urinary bladder mass located on the left lateral wall near the ureteric orifice.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 2.2x1.8x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
