<p class="ql-align-justify">Malignant tumor arranged in markedly thickened trabeculae and solid sheets, exhibiting severe pleomorphism with enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei, an elevated nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio, and conspicuous macronucleoli. Frequent mitotic figures and areas of focal intracytoplasmic lipid vacuolation are present. Sinusoidal spaces are compressed, and normal portal structures are absent within the examined tissue.</p>

<p>Four tissue cores up to 0.6 cm, totally embedded.</p>
