<p>Immunostaining was done with appropriate positive and negative controls and revealed:</p><ul><li>CD43, CD34, CD117, MPO diffusely positive.</li><li>CD68 KPI focally positive.</li><li>CD20 and CD3 stained reactive B & T lymphocytes, respectively.</li><li>ALK stained few cells.</li><li>CD138 negative.</li><li>Ki-67 labeling index about 70%.</li></ul>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One referred paraffin block for immunostaining of valvul ulcer diagnosed as dense dermal lymphoid infiltrate recommended for marker study (pathology number 3285-2026, on 14 May 2026).</p>

<p><strong><em><u>Vulval ulcer, biopsy, immunostaining:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Myeloid sarcoma. </strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>COMMENT:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Examination of peripheral blood and bone marrow is recommended to exclude concomitant myeloid leukemia.</li></ul>
