Polyp and endometrium are hyperplastic and non-secretory, formed of branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells in a compact stroma. No evidence of atypia or malignancy or complex glandular pattern. Some of these hyperplastic glands are seen embedded within superficial myometrium. Cervix shows napothian cuts with mild endocervicitis. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. Ovaries and fallopian tubes are unremarkable.
