<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections from all lymph nodes showing almost complete replacement of nodal architecture by vague nodular pattern of polymorphous infiltrate formed of small lymphocytes, plasma cells and many mononuclear, binuclear and multinuclear large cells amidst this polymorphic infiltrate. Main possibility is Hodgkin's lymphoma. Marker study (CD20, CD3, CD30, CD15, MUM-1, EMA and OCT2) is recommended for confirmation and subclassification.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Left inguinal multiple lymph node enlargement.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Received six lymph nodes measuring in aggregate 9 × 8.5 × 4.2 cm; the largest measured 7 × 5 × 4.5 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. inguinal lymph node excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Atypical polymorphic infiltrate, suggestive of Hodgkin's lymphoma. </strong></li><li><strong>Recommended for confirmatory marker study.</strong></li></ul>
