<p class="ql-align-justify">Polypoid lesion with inverted pattern of epithelial growth into the fibrotic and focally edematous cores of polyps. Epithelial masses are of the transitional type. Scattered goblet cells are seen. No evidence of core invasion. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>
<p>Lt. nasal lesion.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue piece measured 1.1x0.7x0.5 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Nasal lesion, biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Schneiderian papilloma, inverted type. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>COMMENT:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>This lesion is liable for local recurrence but not distant metastasis if not completely removed</strong></li></ul>
