Intact skin with underlying non-capsulated nodular dermal tumor formed of solid masses of proliferating basaloid cells with scanty amphophilic cytoplasm. Many keratin pearls are seen denoting squamous differentiation. These masses appear to be continuous with surface epithelium. Surface is focally ulcerated by dense inflammatory cell infiltrate formed of small lymphocytes and plasma cells with neutrophils. Picture is consistent with an eccrine poroma. No evidence of malignancy.

Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.5x1x0.7 cm, totally embedded.
