<p class="ql-align-justify">Rt. Ovarian cyst wall showing focal lining by skin with hair follicles, sebaceous glands and sweat glands together with underlying rich adipose tissue. Other areas show ulceration of lining with related dense inflammatory infiltration including foreign body giant cells. No evidence of immature elements. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Rt. ovary Dermoid cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Received opened cyst wall measured 6.5x5x4 cm, with smooth outer surface, filled with sebaceous material and hair.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt. Ovarian cystectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mature monodermal cystic teratoma (Dermoid cyst), inflamed. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
