Wide excision of lower lip lesion, diagnosed on biopsy as squamous cell carcinoma grade 1 with tumor extends to excision margin (pathology number 3193-2026 on 15 May 2026).
Mucosa with underlying soft tissue measured 2.5x1.5x1 cm, showing fairly defined ulcerated mass measuring 1.9x1 cm. Margins of excision ranged from 0.2 to 0.3 cm.
