Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Salivary gland with a cystic lesion lined by flat or stratified cuboidal epithelium. Wall of cyst shows collection of mature small lymphocytes that appeared to be centered around small ducts in some sections. Rest of salivary gland shows mild parenchymal atrophy with periductal infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. Focally acini are replaced by fibrosis. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy. </p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p>Submandibular sialadenitis.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Salivary gland measured 3x2.3x1.5 cm, showing cyst measuring 0.8 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Salivary gland, Sialoadenectomy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lymphoepithelial cyst.</strong></li><li><strong>Chronic non-specific sialadenitis.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
