Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">A multinodular and partly encapsulated tumor of parotid gland, nodules are formed of myxoid stroma with stellate cells and chondroid areas. Periphery of nodules show proliferating ductal and myoepithelial cells arranged in solid groups, small trabeculae and ductal formation. No evidence of lymph node structure. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Right parotid lymph node enlargement.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.5x1.3x0.8 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Parotid gland mass, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mixed salivary gland tumor (pleomorphic adenoma). </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
