Gall bladder mass.
Received was a gallbladder specimen that measured 4 x 2 cm, accompanied by an attached segment of liver tissue that measured 5.5 x 3 x 2.8 cm. Examination of the gallbladder revealed a ruptured area suspicious for a mass, which measured 2.5 x 2 cm. Upon opening, the mucosal surface appeared ulcerated. The lumen contained multiple yellow calculi, with the largest stone measuring 1 cm in maximum dimension.
