<p>Rt kidney mass involving mid and lower pole, ?? Angiomyolipoma.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Received was an opened right kidney specimen that measured 7.5 x 6.5 x 5 cm. A cross section revealed a mass composed almost entirely of fatty tissue that measured 7 x 6 cm. Gross examination showed no additional discrete mass or ureter.</p>
