Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Totally ulcerated mucosal fragments with related infiltration by sheets of large undifferentiated </p><p class="ql-align-justify">malignant cells exhibiting marked anaplasia and active mitosis. There is focal tumor necrosis. Possibilities for this tumor include undifferentiated carcinoma and large cell lymphoma. Marker study (CK, LCA and CD20) is needed to subtype tumor. </p>
<p>Polypoidal mass lesion at the gastric fundus.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Stomach, Endoscopic biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Undifferentiated malignant large round cell tumor, recommended for subtyping by marker study. </strong></li></ul>
