Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Endometrium is non-secretory, it is formed of slightly branching glands lined by 1-2 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Myometrial tumors are benign leiomyomas formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles and separated by a fibrous stroma. No evidence of malignancy.Cervix shows Nabothian cysts with mild endocervicitis. Both ovaries and Fallopian tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Panhysterectomy</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Panhysterectomy specimen: The uterus measured 12 x 11 x 7 cm. On sectioning, the myometrium measured 3 cm showing multiple fibroid masses, the largest measuring 6.5 x 5.5 x 5.5 cm. The cervix measured 3 cm in length. The right and left ovaries measured 2.3 x 1.5 x 1 cm and 3 x 2 x 1 cm, respectively, grossly unremarkable. The right and left fallopian tubes measured 5 cm and 6 cm, respectively, grossly unremarkable.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Panhysterectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mild simple endometrial hyperplasia. </strong></li><li><strong>Leiomyoma</strong></li><li><strong>Cervical Nabothian cysts and mild chronic no0n specific endocervicitis. </strong></li><li><strong>Unremarkable ovaries and Fallopian tubes. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for atypia and malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
