Lymph node shows disturbed architecture and multiple irregular foci of necrosis with associated dense karyorrhexis. The necrotic areas are bounded by proliferating active histiocytes and lymphocytes. The latter show convoluted nuclei indicating their Tcell phenotype. Some of the cells possess prominent nuclei. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of malignancy.
