<p>Nodular hyperplasia of prostatic glands and the fibromuscular stroma. Glands exhibit focal cystic change with epithelial infoldings. The normal lobular pattern is preserved and cytologic features are unremarkable. No evidence of malignancy.</p>
<p>Benign prostatic hyperplasia.</p>
<p>Fragments of collective size 1.2x1x0.5 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Prostate gland, TUR: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Nodular adenofibromyomatous hyperplasia.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
