(1) Sections of cyst wall showing focal lining by skin with hair follicles, sebaceous glands and sweat glands together with underlying rich adipose tissue. Other sections show ulceration of lining with related dense inflammatory infiltration including foreign body giant cells. No evidence of immature elements. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.
(2) Smear shows a dense population of neutrophils with some small lymphocytes as well as scattered histiocytes and cell debris. No evidence of atypical or malignant cells. .

(1) Pelvic cyst wall, biopsy: Hemorrhagic membranous fragments of collective size 2.5x2.5 cm.
(2) One smear was prepared from submitted 30 ml of viscid fluid and pap stained.
