<p class="ql-align-justify">Seminiferous tubules show average number of spermatogenic cells with average thickness of their basement membranes and active spermatogenesis ending at the formation mature sperms in all of the tubules. Interstitial cells are intact. There are scattered congested blood vessels denoting early torsion. However, no evidence of inflammation or tumors.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Lt. testicular pain ? status post trauma, suspected testicular tumor.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragment measured 1.7x1.5x0.8 , totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Lt. Testis, biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Active spermatogenesis .</strong></li><li><strong>Mild congestion, suggestive of early torsion.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for inflammation.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for tumors. </strong></li></ul>
