<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections examined show clotted blood entangling few inflammatory cells, detached unremarkable ectocervical and endocervical epithelium. No evidence of endometrial tissue. No evidence of conception products. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Recurrent abortion.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two bloody soft tissue fragments collectively measured 2.5x2x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Uterine contents, D & C biopsy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Blood clot with unremrkable ectocervcoal and endocervcial epithelium.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for conception products.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
