<p>Lower urinary tract symptoms and retention.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 4x3.3x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Prostate gland, TUR: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Nodular adenofibromyomatous hyperplasia.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
