Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections of cyst wall showing focal lining by skin with hair follicles, sebaceous glands and sweat glands together with underlying rich adipose tissue. Other sections show neural tissue and ulceration of lining with related dense inflammatory infiltration. No evidence of immature elements. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Right ovarian cyst, was clinically noted to be partially twisted with necrosis ?? dermoid cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">An intact right ovarian cyst that measured 7.5 x 6 x 5 cm. The cyst had a smooth outer surface. Upon opening, it was filled with yellow gelatinous material and hair.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rt. Ovarian cystectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Mature (benign) cystic teratoma, inflamed. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
