Wall shows few islands of irregular and branching endometrial glands with separating stroma. No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>

<p class="ql-align-justify">An open ovarian cyst measuring 9.5 x 7.5 x 1.3 cm, exhibiting a smooth outer surface.</p>
