<p class="ql-align-justify">Smear is hypocellular and shows scattered foamy macrophages in a background of granular proteinaceous secretory material. No significant epithelial component, cytological atypia, necrosis, or malignant cells is identified.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fluid specimen obtained via a second aspiration of a suspected breast galactocele.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">One smear was prepared and pap stained from submitted 5 ml bloody fluid.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Breast cyst, FNAC:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Galactocele – Benign cystic lesion with lactational changes. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
