<p>Exophytic benign surface ovarian tumor formed of broad and sessile fibrotic projections covered by non-mucigenic low cells. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Rt. iliac fossa pain, progressing in course. Patient presented by acute abdomen.</p>
<p>Two rubbery greyish white nodular masses collectively 1.5x1 cm, totally processed.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Ovarian mass, excision:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Surface serous adenofibroma.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
