<p>Gall bladder wall shows moderate fibrosis, focal ulceration of surface epithelium and moderate mucosal infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. Glands exhibit focal cystic dilatation and appear to be entrapped within muscular coat (Rokitansky-Aschoff sinuses). No evidence of specific granulomas. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Gall bladder.</p>
<p>Fibrotic fragment measures 1.3x1 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Gall bladder, biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Chronic non-specific cholecystitis with fibrosis.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
