Diagnosis
<p>Submitted biopsy shows an ulcerated gastric mucosa with related an invasive carcinoma formed of sheets of malignant large epithelial cells having abundant cytoplasm and hyperchromatic or vesicular nuclei. In some foci, such cells form focal glandular differentiation. Anaplasia is moderate to marked and mitosis is active. Some fragments show H. pylori-associated moderate chronic atrophic gastritis. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
<p>Ulcerated fungating mass lesion at the lesser curvature to incisura, r/o adenocarcinoma.</p>
<p>Fragments of collective size 1x0.7 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Gastric mass, endoscopic biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, grade 3.</strong></li></ul>
