Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Moderately cellular myometrial tumors formed of whorly bundles of mature smooth muscles separated by a fibrous stroma. </p><p class="ql-align-justify">Few mitotic figures are observed. There is no evidence of tumor necrosis, atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Menorrhagia.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two fibroid masses measuring 9.5x8.5x6.5 cm and 2x1.5x1 cm, both having solid rubbery whitish cut section.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Myomecyomies:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Cellular leiomyoma.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li><li><strong>Recommended for follow-up.</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>COMMENT</strong>:</p><h5 class="ql-align-justify">The majority of these tumors will behave in a benign fashion. However, some will show a more aggressive behavior; hence, a long-term follow-up policy is advised.</h5><p><br></p>
