<p class="ql-align-justify">A paratubal cyst having a thin fibrotic wall and is lined by a single layer of tubal-type ciliated epithelium (hydatid cyst of Morgagni). No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Paraovarian cyst.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Received intact ovarian cyst measured 8.5x7x6.5 cm, filled with yellowish fluid, with attached part of fallopian tube measured 3.5 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Paraovarian cyst, excision: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Inclusion cyst of Morgagni. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy.</strong></li></ul>
